Trust in h5 svip2b starts with transparent data practices and real account security. We encrypt all deposits and withdrawals using industry-standard SSL protocols.

Data Retention

We keep your account data active during your membership. After account closure, records are retained for 24 months to comply with Indonesian banking and fraud-prevention laws. Historical transaction logs remain accessible via your account while active.

Cookie & Tracking Use

We use cookies to remember your login session, language preference and browser history. No cookies store payment details. Manage or block all cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit lobby features but does not affect your account security.

Third-Party Sharing

Your personal data is only shared with licensed payment partners (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS processors) to complete your transactions. Game studios receive only your username and session ID, never your personal or financial details.

Your account data is retained for 24 months after closure to comply with Indonesian banking law and fraud-prevention rules. During this period, you can request a copy of your data or ask for corrections. After 24 months, we securely delete all personal information unless legal requirement dictates otherwise.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Account & Legal and select 'Request My Data'. We will compile all personal and transaction records and send them to your registered email within 30 days. This is your data subject access right under local law.

Account access depends on local law. h5 svip2b operates where permitted by Indonesian regulation. If you have doubt about your eligibility, contact our legal team via live chat or email [email protected]. We verify eligibility during registration and reserve the right to suspend accounts if legal status changes.

All deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are verified through our payment partners' systems. Withdrawals are processed back to your original payment method and may require anti-money-laundering checks. Large withdrawals (above 50 million Rp) may take 1-2 working days for verification before clearing.

You own all funds in your account balance at all times. h5 svip2b holds your balance in trust and processes withdrawals on your request. Your funds are segregated from our operating funds and protected by Indonesian payment law. You can withdraw your balance at any time where local law permits.
